As a Concrete Finisher with Down Right Concreting, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of concrete placing and finishing work. This is a full-time role based in Canberra, and surrounding regions, where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality concrete work to clients.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing formwork prior to pouring
- Operating concrete vibrators, trowels, and other equipment to finish concrete surfaces
- Finish concrete including colour-thru, exposed aggregate, spray on stencil
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with other general tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher with a strong understanding of concrete work, at least one year
- Proficient in the use of concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Experience screeding and cove finishing




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
- Registered vehicle to get from A to B
