We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team at The Pool Guy CQ' based in Yeppoon, Queensland. As a full-time Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential swimming pools in the local area.

Key responsibilities

- Performing regular pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing and pool cleaning
- Identifying and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and carrying out necessary repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their pools are well-maintained and in optimal condition
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pool services and repairs
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
- Assisting with the installation of new pool equipment and systems as required

About you

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Pool Technician or similar role in the swimming pool industry
- Solid knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures




- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pool-related issues and carry out necessary repairs
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
