We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Technical Support Officer who will possess the following experience:
- Proven experience in a Service Deskenvironmentresolving level 1 & 2 issues
- Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
- Working in a large enterprise workplace supporting customers over the phone
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
- A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;
