Gough Recruitment is helping a Canberra-based client recruit an Assistant Property Manager. The successful candidate may be stepping up from a junior role or hold a Certificate of Registration, with full training and ongoing support provided.
You will work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday open homes, gaining experience across maintenance coordination, inspections, rent collection and arrears, and tenant interactions as you grow within the practice.
