The Salvation Army Australia in Nunawading, VIC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our Homeless Outreach Program. You will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness, assist with housing access and connect them with health, financial and community supports.

You will work in a dynamic outreach setting, building solid relationships and advocating for client needs. Reporting to the Team Leader, this permanent full-time, onsite role offers meaningful impact, supportive team environments
