Internal Sales & Customer Success Representative

B&R; Enclosures is Australia's leading manufacturer of electrical enclosures, switchboards and related solutions. We help customers deliver critical infrastructure projects across Australia, from data centres and industrial facilities to mining, energy, utilities and commercial developments.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our Brisbane-based National Internal Sales team. This is an existing role within a broader national team, with a strong focus on supporting local, state-based customers.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems and turning enquiries into practical outcomes. You’ll be a trusted first point of contact for customers, supporting them with product advice, order updates, delivery coordination and solutions that strengthen their experience with B&R.;

We’re looking for someone with the customer service capability, curiosity and follow-through to think beyond the immediate task, build trust and help deliver great outcomes for both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, product advice, order status updates and customer feedback

Help customers identify the right solutions by supporting product selection and providing practical advice

Manage customer expectations throughout the order process, including lead times, updates and changes

Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delivery outcomes that support both the customer and the business

Be part of the National Internal Sales team while staying closely connected to local customers and their service expectations

About You

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account support or a similar customer-facing role

A genuine desire to help customers, build trust and develop positive working relationships

Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to ask questions, solve problems and suggest improvements

The ability to make quick, informed decisions and know when to seek input or elevate

Strong follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

A team-focused approach, with a willingness to support colleagues locally and across the national team

Clear verbal and written communication skills with a genuine, professional style

Experience with technical or engineered products would be highly regarded

Confidence using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn
