You will plan, deliver and evaluate a wide-ranging lifestyle program tailored to individual needs, liaise with the Lifestyle Team Leader and ensure activities promote physical, social and mental wellbeing. Qualifications include Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a current First Aid + CPR
