We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Toowoomba. You’ll manage warranty and contract repair claims, work closely with service and workshop teams, and help keep claims accurate, compliant and moving, supporting timely cost recovery and positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit and manage warranty and contract repair claims across multiple dealer brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance and supporting documentation.

Monitor claim approvals, rejections and payments to support timely cost recovery.

Maintain accurate warranty records and databases and support efficient warranty parts storage and flow.

Liaise with service and workshop teams to verify repair information and resolve warranty-related enquiries.





Assist with Service Department administration, including work order generation and system updates.

Support warranty team members, branches and service partners with claim overflows, warranty procedures, systems, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Skills and/or Experience:

Previous experience in warranty administration or a service department; dealership experience is preferred but not essential.

Strong administration, attention to detail and computer skills, including online systems.

Clear communication and customer service skills.

Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Automotive, truck or dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
