Team Leader Support Coordination - Dubbo - Full Time 76 Hours
As a Team Leader - Support Coordination, you will provide leadership and supervision to Support Coordinators while managing a small caseload of participants. You will support NDIS participants and their families to understand, build and implement their NDIS plans.
The role covers both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, assisting participants with complex needs to build capacity, strengthen their support networks and coordinate formal, mainstream and funded supports.
- SCHAD's Award Level 4 Pay rates from$46.70 - $50.25
- Salary Packaging: Not-for-profit salary packaging available, including $15,900 tax-free + $2,650 meal and entertainment benefits per FBT year. (if eligible)

Duties:
- Provide leadership, supervision and support to Support Coordinators.
- Manage a small caseload of NDIS participants.
- Provide Support Coordination to help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans.
- Coordinate formal, mainstream and funded supports.
- Assist participants to build capacity and resilience within their support networks.
- Provide Specialist Support Coordination for participants with more complex support needs.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families and support networks.
- Support the team to achieve organisational goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with NDIS participants and support coordination.
- Understanding of NDIS plans and funded, mainstream and informal supports.
- Ability to coordinate multiple supports and work effectively with participants and their families.
- Ability to support people with complex needs.
- Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide leadership, supervision and support to a team.
- Experience in Specialist Support Coordination.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Experience working within a complex service delivery environment.
