CubbyHouse, an Italian wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant in Melbourne, is seeking a passionate team member for the pizza section. This role requires Friday, Saturday and Sunday night availability, with shifts increasing closer to summer.
You should have experience in the pizza section using a wood-fired Marana oven, thrive in a high-volume, rapid-paced kitchen, and be skilled at hand-stretching dough. Pasta knowledge is highly recommended and high standards for food and cleanliness are
