This hybrid role blends creative design with a sales-driven edge , which is perfect for someone who loves design, storytelling, colour, connection but lives for the satisfaction of closing a sale through great service, strong product knowledge, and a sharp eye for what customers need.
How You'll Make An Impact In-Haus
- Guide clients through tile selections and interior finishes
- Turn inspiration into practical design solutions customers love
- Build strong relationships with builders, designers and homeowners
- Drive sales through great advice, trust and product knowledge
- Play a key role in shaping a visually inspiring showroom experience
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Love interiors, styling, design or architecture
- Enjoy working with people and confidently guiding decisions
- Have sales, retail, design or building industry experience (bonus if you have experience with tiles!)
- Are organised, tech-savvy and proactive
- Can work full-time including a fortnightly Saturday roster
