The Flying Horse Hotel Warrnambool is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to join our busy venue. You will oversee day-to-day operations across Gaming, TAB, and Food & Beverage, leading Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver exceptional service and value to guests.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will recruit, train and develop staff, control labour costs and stock, uphold hotel policies, and maintain a calm, positive, and safety‑minded culture in a rapid-paced environment.
