Property & Operations Assistant | St Kilda | Monday–Friday | Entry Level

Looking to start a career in property? We’re looking for a driven, practical and reliable person to join a growing property business in St Kilda.

This is an entry-level role with plenty of variety. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day - you’ll spend time in the office and out at properties across Melbourne, helping the team keep everything running smoothly.

No property experience? That’s okay. We care more about your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

- Visiting and checking properties
- Helping prepare and furnish properties for renters
- Completing inspections and condition reports
- Coordinating cleaners and trades
- Helping with basic maintenance and handyman jobs
- Managing keys and property access
- Supporting the leasing and property teams
- Helping out wherever needed day-to-day

About you

You’ll ideally be:

- Reliable,



organised and switched-on
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Practical and happy to get your hands dirty
- Confident speaking with different people
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Keen to grow with a fast-moving business

Handyman, maintenance, hospitality, customer service, operations or property experience would all be useful, but not essential .

You’ll need a driver’s licence and reliable car . A Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is ideal, or you’ll need to be willing to obtain one.
