Due to exceptional continued growth Vyvid Real Estate is looking for an experienced and capable Property Manager to take on an end to end capped portfolio within an exceptional, supportive work setting

Must Have:

- Sunny, reliable & trustworthy disposition
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team of colleagues
- Manage end to end of a capped portfolio
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Extensive legislative experience/knowledge
- Ability to liaise with clients ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt informative communication on all levels daily
- Maintain trusted, respectful demeanour and relationships
- Desire to progress and grow

ON OFFER:

- Pay commensurate on experience

ABOUT YOU:

- Minimum 1 year as a Property Manager
- Current QLD certificate of registration
- Extensive knowledge of the local market
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
