Cater Care is seeking a part time Workplace Relations Advisor to support leaders across our Australian operations. This role offers hybrid work with approximately 28 hours per week, including some home-based days, and potential to move to full-time as needed.

You'll provide practical, commercially-focused advice on performance management, grievances, and industrial relations matters, interpreting the Fair Work Act and related instruments. A HR/IR qualification is preferred but not essential.
