As a BYD Sales Consultant, you will join Curtis Coast Automotive's growing team in Gladstone to represent one of the world's fastest-growing automotive brands BYD in our renovated BYD Showroom. You will help our local customers discover the benefits of BYD's electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, with full product training and ongoing support provided.
Experience in Automotive Sales is not required, product & sales training will be provided to the right candidate. If you have experience in Customer Service and enjoy speaking to customers, we urge you to apply and join our BYD Experience center.
Key responsibilities
Welcome customers into our BYD showroom
Learn the complete BYD electric and plug-in hybrid range
Understand each customer's needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Demonstrate vehicle technology and features
Conduct qualified test drives
Assist customers throughout the sales and delivery process
Follow up enquiries and build lasting customer relationships
Help customers understand how an electrified vehicle may reduce their petrol or diesel costs
Represent BYD and Curtis Coast Automotive at local displays and events
Work towards individual and dealership sales targets

Comfortable using computers, phones and social media

Holder of a current Australian driver's licence
