TSS Sensitive Freight is looking for an organised administrator to support our transport projects team. This role suits someone who enjoys keeping schedules, documents and project information accurate, following up outstanding items and helping a busy team stay on track.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Operations. They’ll make the operational decisions; you’ll provide the administrative support that helps projects run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Operations. They’ll make the operational decisions; you’ll provide the administrative support that helps projects run smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Maintain project files, schedules, registers and contact lists.

- Arrange meetings, site inductions, access and approved bookings.





- Record schedule changes and follow up outstanding actions and documents.

- Assist with freight booking information and movement updates.

- Prepare draft costing sheets and routine reports for review.

- Check that project records are complete and correctly filed.

- Respond to routine enquiries and escalated issues or delays to the right person.

What you’ll bring

- At least two years’ experience in administration, scheduling, logistics support or a similar role.

- Solid attention to detail and confidence managing several deadlines.

- Good communication skills and a practical approach to following things up.

- Confidence using Outlook, Word and Excel.

- The ability to keep accurate records and work with different teams.

Experience in transport, freight or project administration would be an advantage, but you don’t need a project management qualification.
