The Work

You’ll work across a mix of residential and commercial electrical projects, maintenance, fault finding, upgrades, and our growing heating & cooling division, with full training provided.

You’ll be trusted to manage your work professionally, communicate with customers, and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- You’ll have electrical installations, maintenance and repairs (residential & commercial)
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Split system installation works (training provided)
- Work with clients and project managers to deliver quality outcomes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards
- Support and mentor apprentices
- Take pride in your work, tools, vehicle and presentation

Who We're After

You’ll need:

- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
- White Card (Victoria)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia

Experience with split systems or heating & cooling is highly regarded but not essential.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a positive team culture.
