You'll work as part of a hands-on field crew on active fibre installation projects across NSW. This is a physically demanding role with real variety across different sites and environments.
Key responsibilities
- Rod, rope and cable hauling across diverse environments and locations
- Supporting the crew with general site duties
- Maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
About you
- Demonstrated experience in rod, rope and cable hauling
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Physical fitness and a committed approach to safety
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Own transport to get to/from Western Sydney depot (for Company Vehicle car pooling to and from site)
- Current Class C Driver's Licence (minimum) - MR highly regarded
- Must reside in Western Sydney
- Availability for weekend work and periodic out of Sydney and interstate assignments
- Permanent full time role
- LAFHA allowances paid for all interstate travel
- On-the-job training and genuine upskilling opportunities
- A tight crew that looks out for each other, with safety front and centre
