Bamara is seeking a Job Mentor with a First Nations Specialist Provider under Workforce Australia to provide culturally secure, holistic, and tailored employment support to First Nations clients. You will mentor participants to identify goals, address barriers, and build the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain sustainable work, in partnership with local employers.

The role will float between Cairns sites and requires strong cultural competency, mentoring, and case-management
