Business Change Manager / Perth/ Glasgow (50% Onsite) | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to play a key role in driving organisational change across people, process and technology.

This is an chance to join a high-profile change programme, working with senior stakeholders to shape change strategies, drive engagement, build readiness and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading business change activity across large transformation initiatives
- Developing and delivering change and stakeholder engagement plans
- Driving adoption, readiness and long-term behavioural change
- Working with senior leaders to influence and embed change
- Supporting learning and capability development across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with recognised change management methodologies
- Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments
- Passion for driving positive business outcomes and continuous improvement
