We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated, motivated and passionate Child Care Room Leader to take on the position in our team at our Noahs Ark Learning Academy in Revesby. Pay: $73,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

- Lead a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Design and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Guide and mentor assistant educators within your room
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
- Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication
- Support children's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging
- Contribute to continuous improvement, team meetings, and career development
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements





- Must hold an ACECQA nationally approved diploma (or higher) education and care qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Child Care Educator
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current, valid

Working with Children's Check

- Current Senior

First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

- Good understanding of the

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Good computer skills in order to use our online programming software
- Availability to work any shift between 7.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
