We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

As Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

As Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules
- Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams
- Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively
- Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews




- Drive a solid safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented
- Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth

What We’re Looking For

- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
- Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities
