About the role

This forensic psychiatry role offers the opportunity to join a major health service dedicated to meeting the future needs of individuals and families across Queensland's southeast region. This permanent, full-time position involves delivering high-quality services within high-security inpatient programs; providing clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to multidisciplinary teams; and contributing to comprehensive assessment and treatment planning using a recovery-oriented approach. The role also includes consultation-liaison services and opportunities to support the training and career development of junior doctors and other medical staff.
