HESTA is seeking a Senior Manager Controls and Assurance to lead the Line 2 controls program, shape the enterprise assurance map and provide executives and the Board with confidence in the control workplace.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll set strategic direction for the Control and Assurance Frameworks, ensuring risk-based, effective practices aligned to strategy, risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
