This is anopportunity to influence senior leaders, lead critical investigations, managersecurity risk and build a high-performing security function that supports oneof the world's most trusted brands.

The Opportunity

Reporting tosenior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing and executing securitystrategies that protect FedEx employees, facilities, freight and customers in line with the company’s corporate strategies.

You'll leadinvestigations, strengthen risk management processes, oversee security vendorsand contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate securityrequirements. You'll also play a key role in advising leaders on emerging risksand driving continuous improvement across the business.

Thisposition leads the security team across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and theSouth Pacific Islands. To support your team, frequent national andinternational travel will be required.

What You'll BeResponsible For

- Leadingsecurity operations across multiple locations including regional securityoperations centre.
- Conducting andoverseeing complex investigations
- Managing lossprevention and asset protection programs
- Driving aviation,transport and operational security compliance
- Managing securityvendors, guarding services and contracts
- Supporting executiveprotection and travel security requirements
- Developing securitypolicies, procedures and best-practice programs
- Buildingrelationships with government agencies and industry partners
- Leading, coaching anddeveloping a high-performing team
- Managing the securityteam, compliance, projects, investigations across Australasia

- The ability tobalance commercial objectives with security and compliance requirements
- Relevant tertiaryqualifications and security industry certifications will be highlyregarded
