Regional Manager – HVAC South (WA, SA, NT, VIC & TAS)

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talentRegional Manager – HVAC (WA, SA, NT, VIC & TAS) to work out of ourMelbourne or Perth office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!

About the Role:

- Lead HVAC Service operations across WA, SA, NT, VIC and TAS.
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching and support to Operations Managers across the regions.
- Drive regional financial performance, including P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and profitability.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
- Drive consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational performance across all regions.
- Build and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Manage key customer,



subcontractor and supplier relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, continuous improvement and increased recurring service revenue.
- Support procurement and supplier initiatives to improve cost efficiency and performance.
- Partner with Finance, HR, HSEQ, Operations and Business Development to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to national HVAC strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience:

- Recognised HVAC or relevant technical trade qualification.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Significant experience in HVAC service or a technical service setting.
- Previous experience in a senior operational, middle-management or 2IC role.
- Proven experience leading and developing technical or operational teams.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L; management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to adapt to new technology.
- Willingness to travel interstate and intrastate as required.
- Desirable:



Tertiary qualification in Management, Project Management or a related discipline, and experience in developing sales opportunities and converting them into profitable work.
