They partner with leading architects, designers and discerning private clients and have built an outstanding reputation around quality, craftsmanship and exceptional client service.

As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step into a Construction Manager position, or an existing Construction Manager looking for a long-term home.

You’ll inherit experienced teams, established systems and a solid pipeline of premium projects. Your opportunity will be to bring leadership across the construction division, mentor and develop people, improve how projects are delivered and work closely with the leadership team to help shape the next chapter of the business.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the performance of the construction division, with a focus on:

- Leading and supporting multiple project and site teams
- Programming, resourcing and coordinating projects across the division
- Overseeing budgets, procurement, forecasting and commercial performance
- Mentoring Project Managers, Site Supervisors and delivery teams
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with clients, architects and consultants
- Driving accountability around programme, quality, safety and profitability
- Improving systems and processes as the business continues to evolve




- Working closely with senior leadership on the future direction of construction

About You

You may already be a Construction Manager, but equally, you may be a high-performing Senior Project Manager who knows you’re ready for the next step.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Strong experience within landscape construction, preferably high-end residential or premium projects
- A track record successfully delivering multiple complex projects
- Experience leading and mentoring project and site teams
- Strong commercial understanding across budgets, procurement and project performance
- The confidence to deal directly with sophisticated private clients, architects and consultants
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving capability
- A hands-on understanding of construction, balanced with the ability to step back and lead
- Strong personal values, accountability and genuine pride in what you deliver
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career and a legacy, rather than simply take another job.
