Are you an experienced shopping centre leader ready to make your mark at Victoria Gardens? As Centre Manager, you'll lead the team and shape the ongoing success of the centre, combining commercial and strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to strengthen retailer and stakeholder relationships, elevate the customer experience and drive robust operational and financial performance.

What you'll be doing

- Lead and develop the onsite asset team, building capability, engagement and performance across multiple business functions.

- Develop, execute and monitor the centre's Vision Strategy Action Plan, adapting priorities in response to business and market needs.

- Drive strong financial performance through budget leadership, income growth opportunities and disciplined cost management.

- Partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to support retailer success, customer experience and centre performance.

- Oversee operational, health and safety, risk and compliance requirements to ensure effective centre management.

About you

You're an experienced shopping centre leader with solid commercial acumen, a collaborative leadership style and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.

- Demonstrated shopping centre experience and experience leading teams to achieve strong asset outcomes.

- Strong financial management, budgeting, reporting and commercial decision‑making capability.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Ability to lead strategically while maintaining oversight of day-to-day operations, risk and compliance requirements.

- A proven track record of delivering strong centre performance, metrics and results.

To ensure consistent leadership presence across all trading days, this role includes participation in aweekend manager rotation . 1 in every 8 weekends. The incumbent will be required to:

- Participate in a scheduled weekend rotation acting as the designatedWeekend Manager .

- Provide operational oversight, support team members, and ensure the safe and effective running of the asset during weekend trading hours.

- Respond to incidents, escape issues as required, and maintain a visible leadership presence aligned with our safety and customer experience standards.
