With a growing Melbourne pipeline, Redpath Partners has been engaged to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of major projects while becoming an important part of the business's senior delivery capability.

The Role:

This is a hands-on senior delivery position with significant responsibility across client management, commercial outcomes, design coordination and construction delivery.

You will:

- Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage complex refurbishment and fit-out projects,



often within live environments
- Lead and mentor project teams across PM, CA/PE and site functions
- Maintain ownership of programme, budget, procurement and project risk
- Work closely with architects, designers, consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Drive design development and value management
- Build strong relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality and project presentation
- Work closely with the senior leadership team across project strategy and deliver

You will ideally be an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager coming from a commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment background. Experience across high-end hospitality, hotels, premium commercial fit-out or similarly design-intensive projects would be particularly well regarded.

You will bring strong commercial capability, confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants, and the ability to manage the detail required to successfully deliver complex, high-quality projects.
