The Star Brisbane is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to lead delivery of risk excellence across its operations. You will oversee the Property Risk & Compliance team, driving frameworks, controls, and governance to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations.

In this senior role, you will advise on AML/CTF and regulatory obligations, lead risk assessments, and mentor teams while partnering with senior leaders to build a robust risk-aware culture across the business.
