Argall is a design-led structural and civil engineering practice in Melbourne. We collaborate with architects on civic and community buildings that matter to the places they sit in, and we've built the practice deliberately: strong technical work, a real culture, and the systems of a proper company.

We're now creating a role for a senior engineer to own the technical direction of the practice and grow into the leadership of it.

As Technical Principal you would:

- Set the standard for how we engineer, and lead our most complex projects
- Own our QA and technical standards, and mentor the engineers coming up behind you
- Build Argall's technical reputation in the market through advocacy and thought leadership
- Open doors on the pursuits where the technical argument wins the work

This is a genuinely senior role, and for the right person it's a runway:

We're looking for a degree-qualified structural engineer with at least eight years' experience, full membership of Engineers Australia and eligibility for Chartered status, and registration as a building practitioner. Civil awareness is a plus. Above all, someone who leads by behaviour, lifts the people around them, and wants to build something they're proud of.
