For this role, you will bring proven leadership and high-level management skills, with the ability to lead significant investment programs and deliver complex initiatives from concept through to implementation.



You will have demonstrated experience negotiating and establishing commercial arrangements and contracts with private sector and non-government partners, together with a robust understanding of Australian and/or international financial markets and environmental compliance markets. Experience in major commercial projects and environmental markets, including carbon markets, will be highly regarded.

You will possess highly developed conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex and sensitive issues and communicate them effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. With a commitment to building and sustaining a high-performing, inclusive and collaborative team culture, you will demonstrate excellent relationship management, consultation and negotiation skills. You will also actively contribute to a safe, respectful, equitable and diverse workplace.
