We are looking for an experienced UI Lead / Developer to drive end-to-end delivery of UI solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, Tech Leads, development teams, SMEs, and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of UI development initiatives.
- Work with Tech Leads and business stakeholders on requirements, FSDs, interface documents, reviews, and sign-offs.
- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and solution reviews.
- Liaise with offshore teams and SMEs throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams on UI ideas, application design, and implementation.
- Support internal/external consultants across consulting, workshops, and delivery engagements.
- Mentor, guide, and coach junior developers/consultants.
- Develop prototypes and hands-on UI solutions for interactive web and mobile applications.
- Proactively address issues related to code quality, security, frameworks, and development standards .

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of experience in UI design and development.
- Experience leading, guiding, and coaching a small development team.
- Hands-on experience creating Node.js APIs for front-end integration.




- Experience creating API definitions using Swagger/OpenAPI .
- Knowledge of Node.js modules, including file systems and related utilities.
- Strong experience developing responsive, interactive web/mobile applications and modern SPA solutions using ReactJS .
- Ability to translate visual/interactive designs into high-quality presentation-layer solutions.
- Solid understanding of coding standards, software quality, security, and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
