Executive Director, Financial Control & Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Financial Control and Operations to lead global financial control, operations, and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for underpinning long-term financial sustainability and resilience, overseeing financial control, reporting, tax, finance systems, and finance operations. This role involves leading a large team and is pivotal in providing trusted advice to the Executive team, Finance Committee, and Risk and Audit Committee.

The Executive Director will also spearhead significant finance transformation initiatives, including a major ERP implementation, and will be expected to have a strategic focus on international tax, leadership capability, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be CA or CPA qualified, with a solid background in leading broad finance functions within large, complex,



and multi-jurisdictional organizations. A

Big 4 foundation, coupled with substantial industry experience, is essential. The role requires a leader with deep technical accounting expertise, a proven track record in finance operations, transformation, and organizational change, as well as experience in leading enterprise-scale technology and ERP-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader of leaders, capable of building high-performing teams and influencing effectively across complex stakeholder environments.

Sound judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial matters with clarity and confidence are also key attributes for this role.
