This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager currently working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Electrical Contractor who is looking to take the next step with a well-established business and work onhigh-profile, landmark projects. We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with a strong background working across commercial refurb projects.

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial electrical projects from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources
- Manage project budgets,



forecasting, variations, labour, and cost control
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and overall performance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, and quality systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage project reporting, planning, resource allocation, and documentation
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
- Work closely with site leadership to ensure successful project outcomes

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Experience with Commercial Refurbishment works (Required)
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within a commercial electrical contractor
- Alternatively, strong Electrical Supervisory experience with the ambition to move into Project Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, WHS requirements, and electrical compliance
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and construction projects
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, variations, labour, and resources
