Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Melbourne Intellectual Property team. You will work with partners on a diverse range of IP matters and represent local and international clients across multiple industries.
You will provide strategic counsel on brand strategy, trade mark portfolios, copyright, design protection and enforcement, and advise on IP agreements and disputes while mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative setting.
