Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining Strong knowledge of excavator and ancillary equipment maintenance Liebherr excavator experience is highly regarded
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a maintenance team Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance Strong safety, communication and problem-solving skills
A focus on equipment reliability, quality and continuous improvement Strong planning, decision-making and organisational skills Current Australian Driver Licence
Relevant mechanical trade qualification is highly regarded
