As a Senior Estimator, you’ll be a key player in the pre-construction phase — shaping competitive tenders, driving cost accuracy, and working closely with clients and consultants from concept through to delivery handover.

What you'll be doing:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tenders for residential and commercial projects
- Analyse drawings, specs, and subcontractor quotes to compile accurate BOQs
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to source pricing and scope
- Provide buildability input, risk assessment, and value engineering options




- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership during bid strategy development
- Contribute to systems improvements and mentoring junior team members

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years' estimating experience in the construction sector (residential or commercial)
- Deep understanding of construction methodology, cost planning, and tender strategy
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids
- Skilled in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar)
- Clear communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment
