Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Process Shift Supervisor for our Duketon operation in Western Australia. You will lead processing crews, champion protected work practices, and drive cost-effective decisions to achieve production targets on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster with day and night shifts.
You will oversee ore crushing and treatment plant operations, mentor technicians, and work with maintenance to minimise downtime, while maintaining a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
