About the Organisation

Our client is a well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment. They are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join their collaborative team, playing a key role across Technology, Digital and Marketing procurement activities.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships and support commercial decision-making across a diverse portfolio of spend.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement professional to join a high-performing team, focusing on Technology, Digital and Marketing procurement categories.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll lead sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements across a diverse portfolio of spend. This role offers strong stakeholder exposure, the prospect to influence commercial outcomes and ownership of key procurement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across Technology, Digital and Marketing categories.
- Manage sourcing projects, RFx processes and supplier evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and statements of work.




- Drive supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve value and service outcomes.
- Provide procurement support and commercial guidance to the business.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to support sourcing decisions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supplier management.

About You

You'll be an experienced procurement professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Whether your background is in Technology, Digital or Marketing procurement, you'll bring strong sourcing capability, commercial acumen and the ability to deliver outcomes across multiple procurement initiatives.

You will demonstrate:

- Experience in procurement, sourcing or category management.
- Exposure to Technology, Digital, Marketing or indirect spend categories.
- Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability.
- Experience managing multiple sourcing activities simultaneously.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience across software, SaaS, technology services, digital services, media, agencies or managed services procurement will be highly regarded. We're looking for someone with a proven track record delivering complex sourcing initiatives, strengthening supplier performance and driving commercial outcomes. Exposure to retail, consumer, eCommerce or similarly fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
