As Deputy Principals, you will ideally play a key role in shaping school culture, leading strategic initiatives, and driving whole-school improvement through collaborative planning, policy development, and effective systems management. The desired applicants will ideally exhibit the ability to use data to identify trends, inform decision‑making, and implement strategies that enhance student outcomes and experiences.
