To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated

Skill Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation Architecture / Solution Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium
- Strong experience in Web Automation and UI Automation
- Strong understanding of API Automation
- Hands-on experience with Rest Assured
- Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM)



and other automation design patterns
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs , request/response validation, authentication methods, and service validation
- Experience in building hybrid automation solutions across web, mobile, and API
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Robust understanding of automation design patterns, framework modularization, and maintainability principles
- Familiarity with Git , version control, and defect tracking tools such as JIRA
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Other Requirements

- Exposure to test data management and service virtualization
- Experience in mobile web and native app testing
- Ability to drive automation transformation initiatives across multiple teams/projects
