About the position

Reporting to the Head of Technology & Digital, the Technology Operations Manager will lead the Technology & Digital Operations function across Anglicare. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, integration services and technology financial operations (FinOps), ensuring enterprise technology services remain available, resilient, monitored and recoverable.

The role has a broad operational mandate spanning infrastructure and cloud operations, network and integration services, identity and access, operational security, operational service performance, change control,



critical incident response and disaster recovery. You will also play a key role in Anglicare’s technology transformation, including data centre retirement and workload migration to cloud, while strengthening operational readiness, governance and service reliability across the organisation.

About the person

You will be an experienced technology operations leader with significant experience across ICT infrastructure and enterprise operations, including leading technical teams in complex environments. You will bring demonstrated experience operating enterprise cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, together with experience in cloud migration or data centre exit programs, operational security and disaster recovery.

A credible communicator and collaborative leader, you will be comfortable managing critical incidents, operational budgets, vendors and MSP performance while building an engaged, accountable and high-performing team. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required. Experience within aged care, community services, health or another regulated, multi-site care environment will be highly regarded, as will Microsoft Azure certifications, FinOps or cloud cost management experience, exposure to the Essential Eight and Australian Privacy Principles, and experience with integration platforms and API management tooling.
