About the role

Reporting to the CFO and managing a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide commercial insight across sales, pricing, margins, store performance and growth initiatives. You will also help develop sustainability reporting across the business.

Duties

- Analyse sales, pricing and margin data to identify commercial opportunities
- Deliver reporting across channels, regions, stores and product categories
- Prepare business cases for promotions, new products and store openings
- Improve dashboards, management reporting, budgets and rolling forecasts
- Develop sustainability reporting, data controls and supporting processes

Skills and experience

- Senior commercial finance or FP&A; experience with a relevant qualification
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills




- Practical Power BI and SQL capability
- Strong pricing, margin and profitability analysis experience
- Retail, QSR, franchise or multi-site consumer experience preferred
- Sustainability reporting exposure or strong project delivery capability
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
