The SeniorProduct Analyst provides advanced analytical and strategic insight to informengagement, experience design, and product decision-making across the Group’sretail businesses — including supermarkets, liquor, and group platforms. Thisrole leads the discovery and analysis of customer behaviour, productperformance, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvementand innovation. The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with ProductManagers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure thatproduct strategies and design decisions are data-driven, evidence-based, andaligned with enterprise goals. The role also contributes to building analyticalcapability within the product organisation — developing frameworks, tools, andbest practices for measuring customer engagement, usability, and valuedelivery. Through thought leadership, mentoring, and collaboration, the Senior Product Analyst helps drive a culture of curiosity, experimentation, andcontinuous improvement, ensuring that every product initiative deliversmeasurable impact and enhances the Group’s retail experience.

Requirements

RequiredSkills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in arelevant field (or equivalent experience) Or 7+ years’ experience in IT,technical analysis,



or solution delivery
- Proven experienceworking in complex Agile environments
- Advanced analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and research intoactionable insights
- Strong facilitation,influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and businessaudiences
- High level of dataliteracy, including understanding statistical significance and interpretingcomplex datasets
- Ability to coach anduplift analysis capability, including story slicing, acceptance criteriaquality, and analytical techniques
- Strong written andverbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements andtechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Effective riskidentification and mitigation skills, particularly related to requirements,dependencies, and delivery readiness
- Robust enterpriseawareness, with the ability to align product decisions to organizationalstrategy, standards, and constraints

Experience

- Extensive experience workingin Agile and scaled-Agile delivery environments, leading complex analysisacross multiple teams, systems, and integrations
- Proven experienceacross end-to-end product discovery, including customer research, problemframing, and hypothesis-driven exploration
- Experience with datamapping, data flows, and system integrations (APIs/interfaces)
- Demonstrated experiencedefining, documenting, and validating complex functional and non-functionalrequirements in large-scale, risk-sensitive environments
- Experience shapingproduct strategy and roadmaps through evidence-based insights and analytics
- Strong backgroundpartnering with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Architects incross-functional teams
- Proven experiencemanaging dependencies, risks, and ambiguity across complex delivery landscapes
- Experience analysingand improving business processes to drive efficiency, automation, and bettercustomer outcomes
- Experience working withenterprise platforms and integrated systems, ideally within large or complexorganisations.
