About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Partners to:

Manage and grow a portfolio of high net wealth clients and complex business groups.

Develop trusted adviser relationships with clients and their professional networks.

Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and firm profitability.

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and support staff.

Improve internal systems, workflows and firm-wide processes.

Drive a culture of exceptional client service and qualified excellence.

Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.





Take an active leadership role in the future direction and growth of the firm.

About You

You are a natural relationship builder who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.

You will ideally possess:

CA or CPA qualification.

Extensive experience within a public practice accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of tax, business advisory and wealth creation strategies.

Currently in commerce at a senior level, with some experience in private practice.

Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Genuine ambition to progress to Partner level.
