An established Australian organisation undergoing significant digital transformation is looking for a Salesforce Functional Specialist to help shape and optimise its eCommerce platform.
This is a business-facing role combining Salesforce configuration, solution design and eCommerce, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams across both B2B and B2C customer journeys.
What you'll do
- Configure and optimise Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including catalogues, pricing, promotions, search and checkout
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions
- Support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management
- Drive platform improvements, automation and customer experience
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues

- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues
What we're looking for
- Strong Salesforce functional/configuration experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud – B2B and/or B2C
- Strong eCommerce and digital customer journey knowledge
- Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, security and integrations
- Revenue Cloud, Apex/SOQL knowledge and Salesforce certifications are advantageous
