As we continue to invest in analytics, automation and AI-powered products, we are looking for a commercially minded analytics leader to help shape the next generation of customer reporting and insights. This is a rare chance to work with one of Australia's richest hospitality and retail datasets, turning complex information into meaningful insights, benchmarking products and AI-powered experiences that deliver real value to customers.

Working at the intersection of analytics, product and commercial strategy, you will partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience and Sales to build solutions that drive customer engagement, retention and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into the data while influencing product direction and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Turn data into actionable customer and commercial insights

Shape the roadmap for our analytics and reporting products





Develop benchmarking and AI-powered capabilities customers can't access elsewhere

Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience

Drive adoption of analytics products and improve customer outcomes

Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and scale reporting

About You

You'll bring:

Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence or data product roles

Advanced SQL and data analysis capability

Experience delivering customer-facing reporting or analytics solutions

Commercial acumen and an ability to translate data into business outcomes

Experience working with AI tools in a practical business environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in hospitality, retail, SaaS or customer-facing analytics products will be highly regarded.
