Contour-Education is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to own campus operations across six Victorian sites. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality learning environments while coaching Campus Leaders and managing classes and rosters to meet demand data.
You’ll audit campuses, drive safety, and lead multi-campus projects, with a clear path to a State Manager track as recent campuses open. Hybrid work with regular travel between sites.
